In 2002 Crystal Engineering Solutions expanded to include Crystal Employment Services, a skilled trades contracting company. By creating Crystal Employment Services, we were able to offer a much broader spectrum of services to our existing customer base and attract new customers interested is adding specific skill sets to their existing workforce. Michael Stanley was brought in to head this new division, and to begin building our niche in the contract labor market.
By 2006, we had built a contract service business with more than 40 customers and over $10 Million dollars in sales. Through careful screening, testing and employee referrals, we had also built a manufacturing database of more than 1000 skilled trades contractors. These contractors have represented CES throughout Michigan, most of the continental United States and more than 10 different countries.
